…which isn't the most important thing, but it is a very important thing. I have, like, 15 clients now, whereas at the beginning, I had, you know, 2 or 3, and all of these clients pay me, and my clients have had real results.
I've had five or six clients get pregnant who really wanted that. I've had clients heal painful periods. I have back-end systems that Kristin was able to support me with.
And one thing that feels really cool lately is the ability to read tongues (and to make the custom herbal formulas). When I first started working with Kristin, she would ask for my client's tongue photos, and then she would help me.
I thought that was how it was always going to be, but now I know what to look at and know what to add in… it feels pretty wild to me, especially because I didn't have to go to Traditional Chinese Medicine school to learn that.
I feel a lot more confident, you know. I'm seeing clients, whereas before I had like 1 or 2 clients a month, I have like 4 or 5 clients a week now, so it's a full-time thing. I do have a course that I sell that does sell.

I answered the phones and helped with the files (it was the 90s and everything was paper charting).
My dad loved his work (still does to this day). He could set his own hours and help people.
But he couldn’t take long vacations or longer periods of time off because he had to get back to his patients.
The walls were dark teal, the filing cabinets were full, and as a family we were all tied to the office.
As I decided to go into alternative health care myself, I saw that he didn’t have the flexibility and freedom that I desired.
He had a great setup but I knew there was something better.
Of course, this model is what my Dad was shown.
It was just what you did.
You might not know this, but my dad is a chiropractor and as a kid I would go to his office and work.
And now it’s time for you to do that work.

So in January of 2023 after my third baby was born, when over 100 women purchased my $97 workshop, and I made over $10,000 from that promotion, it felt natural, I expected it.

When I finished TCM school in 2014, I did set up a clinical, office practice right away. I studied under a mentor specializing in women’s health. I continued to really hone my skillset while also building online.
I trusted that through working with 100s of women, I was developing a methodology and an understanding of how to translate my work online and to a wider audience.
During those initial years, I offered free online classes, paid mentorship programs, courses and 1:1 virtual support. A lot of it barely got traction but I kept going and kept betting on myself again and again.

What happens after my application is accepted?
It typically takes 48 hours to process and approve an application during an enrollment period. Once your application is approved, you will be sent the link to the payment option of your choice and we will be ready to welcome you into the institute if it’s a good fit.
Is there a welcome or orientation call?
Yes of course. For the 2026 cohort, we will be kicking off our time together on September 17th at 1 pm CDT.
Do you think I need to look at women’s health from the lens of TCM in order to move my skills and practice forward?
That’s a personal question! I’ve had women join The Womb Medicine Practitioner Training thinking that they wouldn’t be as interested in seeing things from a TCM perspective, who had a complete shift once inside. TCM is a complete system of medicine and it offers a framework that allows women to truly ditch the pathology-based medical model that keeps women attached to diagnoses and seeing the body as a problem to be solved.
Is this primarily a practitioner training? Or is it more practice/business growth?
It’s both. The two are connected. When you deepen your skillset, you’ll naturally step more into building your business . You’ll also develop the confidence to structure your practice and business well and serve women from a solid place.

What’s the difference between this and The Blood Mysteries School?
The Blood Mysteries School was a 4 month journey through the phases of the menstrual cycle. Nancy and I ran co-facilitated that container together for 5 years. We are continuing to teach Menstrual Cycle Medicine and Women’s Ceremonial Leadership in quarter one of the Womb Medicine Practitioner Training.
Will I be able to download the resources and materials?
Yes, you will have access to course materials to download. Yes, all sessions will be recorded.
Is there a place where I can ask questions and seek feedback in between calls?
Yes, we have a private network or channel for communication, client feedback and questions.
Should I step into The Womb Medicine Practitioner Training to focus on my own health and healing journey?
This is a training for your personal growth and development as a woman supporting other women. While you will learn skills to support your own healing journey, this is not a space to center your own healing needs.
Is this a certification program?
Yes, this is a year long certification program. You will have a capstone project to complete before receiving your official certification with The Red Thread Institute of Womb Medicine.
Is this a TCM-only training?
No, while that is one very important aspect of my educational background, it will not be the only frame from which we view the body. There will be a focus on TCM herbal formulas, tongue diagnosis and understanding various TCM patterns of dysfunction as it relates to female physiology. However, we will also consider nervous system patterns, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal testing and how we relate to clients to facilitate deeper healing states.
Is there a scholarship available?
There is no scholarship program in place at this time. However, there is a 12-month payment plan option available to you that makes paying over time easy.
